Spring is a time when there is blossoming and springing up of moods, just as there is blossoming of the climate and weather. There is so much to look forward to in spring because there is a whole turn in fashion during spring time!  Spring is a season that one can dress up and dress down in, all in accordance to the weather at the time and the complementing it does to one’s mood and occasion. In winter, one has to be sure to carry a jacket, a stoll or a shawl. In summer, one is careful to not necessarily carry a jacket, a stoll or a shawl. It’s in spring that you can decide sometimes to take a jacket and sometimes decide not to. (for reference- A stoll is a narrow shawl). Spring is a time when you get to experiment with looks that fall invariable in both categories of winter and summer.

Spring arrives in India between winter and summer, where the sun heats up the cold winter winds and there is a smooth transition of seasons. Spring is a bouncing time for people, because they no longer need to wear their woolens while stepping out on cold nights and yet, they can be fashion-centric by maintaining wearing a thin sweater, fleece or a cool jacket of not so thick material (choose cotton or fabrics that fall thin and easy on your torso)

Spring is a time that people look forward and start preparing for sunny, summer days, where sleeveless clothes, shorts and cotton tank-tops are visible on nearly every other person you see. Spring is right in between a winter-ish and summer look. In spring, there are many ways to stay fashionable and up the fashion meter by dressing comfortable and dressing chic at the same time.

For the ideal spring look, a white tank-top, vest or tee shirt over jeans (corduroy or regular), in any colour of your choice, with a trench-coat (cotton material, long shirt-kind of coat or jacket) of a striking colour like deep blue, if the jeans are a light or dark blue coloured, a pink if the jeans are black, a beige if the jeans are corduroy, with closed shoes, with much or little heels. This is a perfect spring look and if adorned with light, colour-less lip gloss and a hint of blush on the cheeks and some kohl-pencil if it suits your eyes, it makes the look far more enhanced and is a perfecto look for spring time.

Spring time can also be welcomed with Indian attire, try wearing a white embroidered (basic and minimal embroidery) kurta or half-sleeved, longish top over jeans or black tights and plain sandals with small heels and small, studded earrings with tied-up hair or a hair band that is either black or white, depending on your mood and this is a fusion-popular-spring-trendylicious-fashionista-look that is a complete and fulfilling one for the months that comprise spring! So, for all you people out there, here’s welcoming spring time!
